As Principal and Lead Consultant, Natalie brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, operations, finance, and administration management. Her work includes a background in diverse industries: retail, professional services, non-profit, medical, technology and manufacturing.
Her passion for human resources began in 2000 at a boutique talent management consultancy in New York City where she worked for 11 years alongside industrial organizational psychologists and seasoned HR professionals. There she held several administrative, management and consulting positions, and deepened her interest in the human resources field.
In 2011, she transitioned to a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children with mental health and learning disabilities. As Director of Human Resources, Natalie built and led the HR function, spearheading efforts and initiatives which garnered the organization Fortune Magazine’s Great Place to Work® certification three years in a row.
Natalie currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources for a leading document management and software and support services organization, a position she assumed in 2019. In this role she has overall HR responsibility for 1,400 employees nationally and internationally. Her short tenure has seen the transformation of HR with a focus on learning, employee development and organizational alignment. In 2020, she was recognized by industry analysts at The Cannata Report and featured in their annual “Women of Influence” issue.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College and master’s in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness from New York University. She has Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
